Job summary

TLT LLP in Glasgow or Edinburgh is recruiting an Associate to join the busy Finance Litigation team. The role offers flexible working and would suit a Scottish qualified Solicitor between NQ-5 years PQE seeking progression.

You will work on a range of financial services disputes, collaborate with Partners, support business development, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the team across locations.

Qualifications

• Scottish, E&W or dual-qualified Solicitor with financial or commercial litigation background.
• Able to manage workloads and deadlines with strong organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and appetite for business development.
• Understanding client business needs and acting in the firm’s best interests.

Responsibilities

• Handle varied financial services and commercial dispute resolution matters.
• Collaborate with Partners in Glasgow and Edinburgh on complex work.
• Work with colleagues across offices and contribute to team development.
