Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd. is partnering with a Manchester-based law firm to appoint a Finance Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the growing legal team.

Location is Wigan with hybrid working after probation and a salary of £30,000–£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role involves managing a varied finance litigation caseload, drafting legal documents, and ensuring timely progression of cases with attention to deadlines and records.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with relevant litigation experience, Legal Executive with relevant experience, or experienced litigation professional looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of finance litigation matters from inception through to resolution.
• Drafting correspondence, pleadings and other relevant legal documents.
• Ensuring all cases are progressed efficiently and in accordance with relevant procedures and deadlines.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records.
• Keeping up to date with relevant legislation, case law and developments within finance litigation.
