JOB PURPOSE
As C4 embarks on our FastForward strategy, the Finance function has been realigned to best serve the business.
The Commercial Finance function comprises the FP&A team, and Finance Business Partners who are aligned to the C4 strategic business pillars, in order to provide a centralised planning and analysis function.
The FP&A team is a critical part of the Finance Function, working closely with all of the Business Partnering teams as well as the Group Reporting function to actively manage our financial performance. As we embark on an ambitious and complex transformation project in the technology function, this role will be the key point person within the finance function, owning the business case, and supporting the key stakeholders on a day to day basis.

Hybrid working From September 2023, C4 has operated a 60/40 working pattern, equating to three office days per week.
