Job summary

CoreTech Security is seeking a Senior Finance Administrator to own and shape our Finance function within the Operations team. The role covers month-end prep, supplier payments, and executive reporting, with strong emphasis on accuracy, organization and compliance.

You'll bring end-to-end bookkeeping experience, UK tax knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. The position is primarily office-based in Cheltenham with flexible working patterns supporting school and family

Qualifications

• End-to-end bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll reconciliation, budgeting, and reporting.
• Accounting qualification or equivalent (AAT/CIMA/ACCA).
• Meticulous attention to detail with advanced Excel and accounting software usage.
• UK tax and compliance knowledge: VAT, Corporation Tax, QIPs, annual reporting.
• Clear communication of financial data in plain English.
• Autonomous, confidential, ability to prioritise deadlines.
• Eligible for UK Security Clearance up to SC level.

Responsibilities

• Month-end preparation and reporting.
• Pay suppliers and manage accounts payable processes.
• Prepare reports for the Executive team.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and journals as part of day-to-day finance duties.
