Job summary

Ingram Micro UK&I is seeking a Comms-Care Finance Lead to be based in Northwich and Milton Keynes. You will oversee financial reporting under US GAAP, manage audits, and strengthen the internal control environment while collaborating with UK&I finance leadership.

You will mentor two direct reports, develop decision-driving financial reports, and partner with FP&A to deliver performance metrics across the business. This is a full-time on-site role with a clear finance transformation focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance control roles.
• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA).
• SOX Compliance & Internal Controls experience.
• Experience with US GAAP framework.
• Knowledge of corporation tax and VAT.
• ERP implementation exposure.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site Finance lead, directing a small team of three.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting under US GAAP.
• Own statutory audit processes and coordinate with auditors/tax advisors.
• Enhance internal controls and partner with FP&A on reports.
• Support regional/global finance queries and act as escalation point.
