Job summary

LHH, based in Greater London, seeks an experienced Banking & Finance lawyer to advise on high-value leveraged finance transactions across EMEA and to negotiate LMA-based loan documentation. You will collaborate with front-office stakeholders and manage complex cross-border matters.

The role offers visibility to senior leaders, exposure to regulatory developments, and the opportunity to support strategic business initiatives within a leading financial services organisation.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with strong Banking & Finance experience ideally 6-9 years PQE.
• Experience gained in private practice and/or an in-house financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of leveraged finance and loan documentation.
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident working directly with senior business leaders.
