Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited is offering a Finance Internship in Broughton for undergraduates only. The 12.5‑month placement starts on 16 August 2027 with a salary of £24,246 and a 35‑hour week. Hybrid options are available, with generous holiday allowance and potential progression to Graduate schemes.

You will gain hands-on financial experience, including budgets, cost reports and forecasting, while developing leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent (must have completed a minimum of 2 years)
• Undergraduates only for the whole duration of the placement

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting: prepare reports to review actual costs and revenues for the month
• Updating forecast models
• Liaising with the Finance community and Business Operations teams
• Supporting projects aimed at continuous improvement to increase efficiency/sustainability
• Labour efficiency and effectiveness analysis and reporting
• Posting monthly accruals and journals
• Risk and Opportunity reporting
• Engagement in team building activities and helping organise team events
