Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space Limited in Stevenage offers a 12‑month Finance Internship for undergraduates studying Accounting, Finance or Economics. You will support financial operations, build models, and assist with budgeting, forecasting and month‑end close.

You will work within a team, gaining hands‑on experience in accounting processes, data analysis and reporting, with flexible/hybrid working options and opportunities to learn about aerospace finance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studying Accounting, Finance or Economics for the whole duration of the placement.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and assist with month-end reconciliations.
• Analyze data trends and support forecasting spreadsheets.
• Provide accounting support and assist with budgeting and reporting.
• Contribute to regular budgets, forecasts and reports.
