McLaren Automotive Limited in Woking invites graduates to join a Finance Graduate Scheme designed to accelerate development across technical accounting, financial control and business partnering. You’ll rotate through the finance function at the McLaren Technology Centre and study toward a professional qualification (CIMA or ACCA) while contributing to real business decisions.

As a Finance Graduate, you will gain valuable experience across technical accounting, financial control and business partnering, working at the heart of decision-making in one of the world’s most iconic automotive brands.This is a three-year structured programme designed to accelerate your development and support your journey toward becoming a qualified accountant.
