Our finance graduate programme is designed to create a pipeline of future finance leaders. We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious graduates with the ability to adapt to join the finance team. You will gain exposure to key areas of operational finance and an introduction to other departments, helping you understand our entire business and how finance partners with the wider organization. This experience will help you appreciate the full build life cycle, support functions, and how Taylor Wimpey operates one of the most successful business models in the industry.
The finance scheme offers a great opportunity for those aiming to develop their careers in a FTSE 100 company while training for professional finance qualifications. You will learn essential skills, attributes, and technical and operational knowledge to succeed as a finance professional. We will support your professional development and enable you to study towards either ACA or ACCA qualifications.
Participants will have the opportunity to rotate across various Business Units within your division, maximizing exposure to diverse projects and enhancing understanding of operations and strategic goals.
Additionally, you will spend time within our Group Central Function, collaborating with senior team members and gaining insights and mentorship from experienced professionals.
You will also be enrolled in our tailored development scheme, fostering holistic professional growth in leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
By the end of the program, you will have a thorough understanding of our company's inner workings and be well-prepared to contribute significantly to Taylor Wimpey.
