The Portfolio Group are recruiting on behalf of Catering for a Finance Graduate based in Manchester. This permanent role offers a clear path into finance with exposure to purchase ledgers, supplier queries and month-end tasks.

You will join a busy team, process invoices and employee expenses, and develop your accounting skills in a supportive environment. Based in Manchester City, this role is on-site, Monday to Friday, with a salary of £25,000–£26,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Managing the daily Purchase Ledger inbox and distributing invoices
• Processing purchase invoices and credit notes accurately
• Administering employee expenses in line with policy
• Reconciliation of supplier statements and query resolution
• Booking accommodation and travel for field staff
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties
