About the Programme

Ourthree-year Finance Graduate Programmeoffers hands-on experience across key finance functions—from Commercial Finance and Treasury to Operational and External Reporting. You’ll rotate through placements primarily based inChesterfield or London, with flexible remote working and occasional travel.

From day one, you’ll:

• Lead impactful projects that drive performance and change
• Work towards yourCIMA qualification(fully sponsored)
• Receive structured leadership training and mentoring
• Gain exposure to senior decision-makers and real business challenges

What We’re Looking For

We’re after ambitious, analytical minds with a passion for finance and a hunger to learn. You’ll need:

• A2:1 degreein finance – orAAT Level 4with eligibility to start CIMA
• Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
• Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to influence and collaborate
