Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc is launching a 2027 Finance Graduate programme in the United Kingdom. You will complete four 6-month rotations across different finance areas, working with GB Finance, Corporate Finance and the Shared Service Centre.

International exposure includes a rotation to Bulgaria. Graduates must have a Finance-related or STEM degree, 2:1, and a commitment to pursuing a professional accountancy qualification.

Qualifications

• Graduates from the last 2 years with a Finance-related or STEM degree (Math, Stats, Data Science, CS, Engineering).
• Minimum 2:1 degree classification.
• Committed to working towards a professional accountancy qualification.
• Able to travel to Europe for meetings and relocate to Bulgaria for rotations (relocation support provided).

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to key projects and build leadership capabilities.

Job description

whilst supporting your development, knowledge and capabilities in Financial Management, Operations and Strategy. You'll be working on real-world projects, tackling challenges, and driving results that make an impact. Throughout the programme, you'll be supported by an experienced mentor who will guide you through your journey. They will offer advice, share valuable insights, and ensure you make the most of every opportunity to learn and grow.

What you’ll do

• Participate in 4 rotations across different areas of our Finance function, each lasting approx. 6 months (may change depending on business needs).
• Work within each of your placement areas with the GB Business Unit Finance, Corporate Finance teams and Shared Service Centre to understand the roles and processes across areas 6-month rotation to our Integrated Shared Service in Bulgaria
• Gain exposure to key projects.
• Build a strong network and develop leadership capabilities that set you up for future success.
• Become part of our 2027 Graduate global Finance cohort, with other graduates starting across Spain, Belgium, Bulgari, Germany

What we are looking for

• Graduates must have graduated within the last 2 years , with a degree in a Finance-related or STEM discipline, including Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Computer Science or Engineering.
• Minimum of 2:1 degree classification
• Commitment to working towards a professional accountancy qualification
• A passion for learning and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills - able to present information clearly and confidently to key stakeholders.
• Geographic Mobility - as part of an international team, you'll need to be ready to travel to Europe for meetings if needed and relocate to Bulgaria for one of the placement rotations (relocation support provided).
• High personal integrity and the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a networked team.
• Fluent in English, and ideally speak either French, Dutch, or Spanish
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Commutable distance to Uxbridge 3 days a week
