Heidelberg Materials UK offers a Finance Graduate Programme designed to develop future finance professionals through hands-on experience and professional qualifications. You'll gain exposure to FP&A, RCC, Tax and Internal Controls, while working with a team of seasoned finance experts.

As part of the three-year scheme, you will contribute to monthly reporting, journal postings, and financial analysis, with opportunities for career progression and mentoring from senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Finance or Accounting with strong numerical abilities.
• Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work towards ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Exposure to FP&A, RCC, Tax and Internal Controls.
• Prepare and post journals and accruals in JDE and SAP.
• Assist with monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audit activities and the broader business.
