Job summary

TJX Europe is launching a 12-month Brand & Marketing rotation programme in Watford. You will rotate through core teams including Brand & Campaign Planning, Customer Engagement, Country Activation, and Insights to develop strategy and tactics for our off-price brands.

You will contribute to delivering marketing initiatives, balancing creativity with commercial focus, and gaining broad exposure across functions within a vibrant, inclusive culture. Hybrid working is offered at our Watford campus.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Brand & Marketing functions (Brand and Campaign Planning, Customer Engagement, Country Activation, Customer Insights & Analytics, Creative & Content, Shopping Experience, Reputation, Customer Programmes)
• Collaborate with partners in broader marketing and other functions to develop strategy and deliver tactics
• Balance creative thinking with commercial focus to understand brand and marketing in an off-price organisation
