Job summary

MAG (Airports Group) is offering a Finance Graduate Scheme starting September 2027, based predominantly at Manchester Airport with hybrid working. Over three years you will rotate through Finance areas and work toward an internationally recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA or ACCA).

An assessment centre is scheduled for January 2027. Applicants should have the right to work in the UK and be prepared for a structured development programme, with access to broad finance roles, professional

• Rotations through Finance areas: Transactional Shared Services, Management Accounting, Statutory Reporting, Planning & Analysis, and Business Partnering.
• UK residency for last three years is required for security clearance.

The role

This is your chance to embark on an industry-leading career in Finance. The skills you will develop are used by Finance Managers, Commercial Leaders, Strategies, and Execs, to name just a few career pathways.

Throughout the Programme, you’ll have access to a wide range of professional development Programmes, plus both formal and informal learning. The formal learning element, which we will sponsor, requires you to study for an internationally recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA or ACCA).

Over three years, you will:
