Graduate or School Leaver - First Role in Industry

• £23,000 - £26,000 basic salary plus bonus
• Near Guildford/Godalming
• Working with HNW & UHNW clients

My client is a wealth planning practice based outside Guildford with over 30 years of operation. I have visited their offices and placed 7 staff members within the business. They have an excellent reputation for providing solid financial advice to private and corporate clients across London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and Hampshire. Their client base includes City professionals, families, retirees, and business owners, with a minimum of £500k to invest; their top clients hold over £3m.

The Managing Director is looking to recruit a new Administrator and is open to considering school leavers or graduates with some knowledge of wealth management. Previous internship or work experience in the industry will strengthen your application, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

The Directors will support your studies towards the CII industry exams. There is potential for progression to paraplanner or adviser roles. The role offers a salary of £23k - £26k, along with benefits such as Death in Service, Private Medical, and Life Insurance.
