Role Summary

• Work alongside the commercial and procurement function to gather timely and accurate information
• Support the operational team to reconcile client payments and accurately record them in our systems
• Communicate both with suppliers and directly with clients in relation to financial transactions
• Provide accurate information to the Group Financial Controller, Finance Manager and CFO
• Reconcile management information data
• Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts
• Assist with preparation of data for Finance systems implementation
• Assist the Accounts Payable team with invoice and payment processing and supplier statement reconciliations
• Sales ledger and credit control
• Subcontractor ledger and related returns
• Credit card transaction processing and statement reconciliation
• Recording and reconciling expenses and petty cash management
• Bank reconciliations
• Intercompany transaction processing and reconciliation
• Accruals and prepayments and other balance sheet reconciliations
• General purchase ledger and accounts receivable queries
• Other ad hoc Finance admin duties
