Elevation Recruitment Group is hiring a Finance Graduate in Alfreton to join a busy finance team. You will work across transactional finance and management accounts, applying your degree knowledge and developing commercial and technical skills.

Finance Graduate Alfreton 37.5 hours per week CIMA study support Looking to build a career in finance?

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Finance Graduate to join a leading business based in Alfreton. This is a great opportunity for someone who has recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related subject and is keen to take the next step into a hands‑on finance role.

You'll be joining a supportive team, working closely with experienced finance colleagues and gaining exposure to a broad range of accounting activities. They'll want you to get involved, ask questions and really understand how the finance function works, rather than simply focusing on one area.

The role will give you a strong grounding in transactional finance alongside management accounts, allowing you to put the knowledge from your degree into practice while developing your commercial and technical skills.

• Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions
• Completing bank reconciliations
• Assisting with month-end processes and supporting the preparation of management accounts
• Producing financial reports and supporting analysis
• Supporting wider finance projects and initiatives
• Providing general support to the wider finance team
• Taking on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and experience develops
