Job summary

Mercor is seeking an FP&A Expert for a remote contract in the United Kingdom. The engagement runs from 10 August 2026 to 4 September 2026, with two weeks of garden leave and a one-month non-compete.

You will develop planning scenarios, perform variance analysis, and translate financial data into actionable business decisions for spending and headcount. The role requires 6+ years in FP&A, P&L ownership, budgeting, and management reporting, with the ability to communicate financial tradeoffs to

• 6+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or finance partnering.
• Experience with P&L ownership, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
• Ability to conduct monthly variance analysis and budget-to-actual reporting.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Position: FP&A Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $150/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 10 August 2026 to 4 September 2026
