Private Equity Insights is part of United Media, which develops large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, and retail. We have launched eight media companies and acquired one to date.

Your Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Handling accounts payable and receivable functions
• Posting daily accounting transactions into Zero
• Assisting with budget tracking and cost reconciliations for conferences, including invoice management
• Producing monthly financial reports
• Supporting ad-hoc finance projects and process improvements

What we expect from you

We seek a candidate with a strong work ethic, high urgency, and a drive to excel. You should take ownership, be proactive, and follow through. Humility and a passion for building new businesses are essential. Additionally, you should possess:

• A finance bachelor’s or master’s degree with excellent results (finance exams a plus)
• At least 2 years of finance experience
• UK work permit
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Highly process-oriented and systematic approach

Start Date

As soon as possible.

This role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based at our offices at Buckingham Gate. Collaboration in person is essential to create market-leading events throughout the year. We look forward to welcoming you to our team.
