Finance Director | SaaS scaleup

Hybrid working (West London office 2-3 days p/w, WFH the remainder)

Talentedge Exec is partnering with a hyper-growth SaaS scaleup on a newly created Finance Director role, working closely with an experienced CFOO (a trusted recruiter and long-time partner).

As Finance Director, you will oversee the daily finance operations, enabling the CFOO to focus more on Operations & GTM. You will also play a key role in preparing the company for an exit, which is currently in progress.

Key responsibilities include:

• Evolving the finance infrastructure to ensure scalable processes and controls
• Leading FP&A, commercial finance, and KPI tracking
• Managing pricing strategies and adjustments
• Partnering with other departments across the business
• Developing business cases for new services and geographical expansion
• Handling daily finance activities, including Board reports, statutory reporting, tax, and transactional finance (AP/AR)
• Utilizing Xero and related tools to automate transactional finance processes
• Mentoring and developing an international finance team

• ACA qualified accountant with a strong academic record
• Experience in high-growth tech scaleups, preferably with late-stage VC or PE backing
• Effective communicator comfortable with cross-functional collaboration
