Finance Director | SaaS scaleup

Hybrid working (West London office 2-3 days p/w, WFH the remainder)

Talentedge Exec is partnering with a hyper-growth SaaS scaleup on a newly created Finance Director role, working closely with an experienced CFOO.

As Finance Director, you will oversee the finance function, enabling the CFOO to focus on Operations & GTM. You will also play a key role in preparing the company for an exit.

Key responsibilities include:

• Evolving the finance infrastructure for scalability
• Leading FP&A, commercial finance, and KPI tracking
• Managing pricing strategies and changes
• Cross-functional business partnering
• Creating business cases for new services and expansion
• Handling daily finance operations, including reporting and transactional finance
• Utilizing Xero and related tools to automate processes
• Mentoring and developing an overseas finance team

• ACA qualified accountant with a strong academic background
• Experience in high-growth tech scaleups (VC or PE-backed)
• Effective communicator, team-oriented
