Finance Director | SaaS scaleup

Hybrid working (West London office 2-3 days p/w, WFH the remainder)

Talentedge Exec is partnering with a hyper-growth SaaS scaleup on a new Finance Director role, working closely with an experienced CFOO.

As Finance Director, you will oversee the daily finance operations, enabling the CFOO to focus on Operations & GTM, and play a key role in preparing the company for an exit.

Key responsibilities include:

• Evolving finance infrastructure for scalability
• Leading FP&A, commercial finance, and KPI tracking
• Managing pricing strategies and changes
• Cross-functional business partnering
• Developing business cases for new services and expansion
• Handling monthly Board reports, statutory filings, tax, and transactional finance (AP/AR)
• Using Xero and related tools to automate finance processes
• Mentoring and developing an international finance team

Profile:

• ACA qualified accountant with a strong academic background
• Experience in high-growth tech scaleups (VC or PE backed)
• Effective communicator, collaborative across teams
• Ambitious, detail-oriented, and reliable
