Talentedge Exec are delighted to be partnering with a hyper-growth SaaS scaleup on a newly created Finance Director opportunity, working closely with an exceptional CFOO (someone that we as a business have known for many years and recruited for numerous times).

As Finance Director, you will own the day-to-day finance function, freeing up the CFOO to focus more on Operations & GTM. You’ll also play a lead role in preparing the company for an exit, which is currently in progress.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Continually evolve the finance infrastructure, ensuring all processes and controls are scalable
2. Lead FP&A, commercial finance & KPI tracking
3. Own pricing structures and changes
4. Business partner cross-functionally
5. Create business cases for new services and geographical expansion
6. Manage the daily finance operations, including monthly Board pack preparation, statutory reporting, tax work, and transactional finance (AP / AR, etc.)
7. Utilise Xero & its ecosystem of apps & tools to automate transactional finance
8. Mentor and develop an ambitious, progressive finance team (based overseas)
