Your new role

1. Owning the delivery and processes of building a finance function
2. Managing a team reporting to the Group CFO in London
3. Preparing and executing strategic growth initiatives, including presentations and working capital reports
4. Board reporting
5. Owning the half and full-year audit processes
6. Maintaining effective communication with finance and operational teams across regions
7. Financial planning and analysis

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified finance professional, preferably from a high-growth business, with proven experience leading and developing a regional finance team, including FP&A and reporting functions.
