Job summary

The Focusrite Group’s Audio Reproduction division is seeking a Finance Director to oversee financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting and three-year planning across global markets. The role is based in High Wycombe with a hybrid working pattern.

You will partner with sales and R&D, drive compliance, and lead a UK team of about 4 across two production sites, ensuring timely reporting and strong commercial decision support.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities are essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly management reporting for the AR division and group.
• Ensure robust internal controls and compliant financial processes.
• Oversee statutory filings and tax compliance for all entities in the division.
• Partner with division functions to support commercial forecasts and budgets.
• Manage and develop the UK Finance team (approx. 4 staff) and collaborate with US teams.
