Job summary

Focusrite plc is seeking a Group Financial Accountant to lead IFRS reporting, statutory accounts, and treasury issues within a growing, multi-brand group. This ACA-qualified role involves coordinating audits and improving accounting policies in a hybrid, high-demand environment.

The successful candidate will have strong IFRS, multi-currency consolidation skills, and a proven ability to communicate with senior management. Ideally based near High Wycombe with 2–3 days in office.

Qualifications

• ACA with audit background and accounting qualification.
• Strong IFRS accounting knowledge and multinational exposure.
• Experience with group consolidation and multi-currency reporting.
• Proficient in Excel; ERP/BI tools advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group IFRS statutory accounts and disclosures.
• Coordinate annual and interim audits with external auditors.
• Prepare technical accounting memos for Audit Committee.
• Maintain Group Finance Manual and accounting policies.
• Lead consolidation across currencies and subsidiaries.
• Manage internal control programme and declarations.
• Ensure UK statutory filings are completed on time.
• Oversee share-based payments accounting and forecasts.
