The Focusrite Group is seeking an ACA-qualified Group Financial Accountant to join the Group Finance team in a hybrid role based with offices in High Wycombe. You will lead consolidated IFRS reporting, external statutory work, tax and treasury issues for the group. The ideal candidate has audit background, multinational or listed entity experience, and strong IFRS expertise. Hybrid working 2–3 days a week with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• ACA qualification with audit background.
• Strong IFRS technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience with multinational or listed companies.
• Proficient in group consolidation processes.
• Advanced Excel and IT skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead consolidation of annual and half-year IFRS reports.
• Prepare consolidated IFRS statements and disclosures.
• Coordinate with external auditors and respond to their queries.
• Maintain internal control programme and accounting policies.
• Support tax and treasury activities for the group.
• Collaborate with senior finance leaders and regional teams.
