Formación

• 8+ years in finance/FP&A, preferably in law or professional services.
• Minimum four years leading or supervising analysts.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL, and BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses across firm and offices.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership.
• Oversee financial planning cycle and data integrity with Accounting and IT.
• Coach and mentor finance team members.
