Who are we looking for?
We seek an experienced Finance Director to lead strategy, planning, management, provision, and analysis of all financial requirements, including commercial activities supporting both internal and external customers.
About the role (External)
This pivotal role shapes the financial direction of the business area, identifying risks and opportunities, embedding best practices, and ensuring robust internal controls. You'll be a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the broader business strategy while upholding financial compliance and governance.
You will lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As a trusted business partner, you'll provide insightful analysis to support investment decisions, influence commercial activities, and optimize operational models. Your leadership will ensure the finance function delivers high-quality, responsive service to stakeholders, maintaining professional standards and reporting.
This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies. You will oversee financial system strategy, prioritizing enhancements aligned with business goals, driving change, financial improvements, reducing risks, and delivering long-term value.
