Job Description
- Oversee all financial operations within the organisations and its subsidiaries.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, in line with company goals.
- Prepare detailed reports on the company's financial performance.
- Coordinate budgeting and business planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Supervise the Accounting & Finance department staff.
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues.
- Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems.
The Successful Applicant
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Experienced as a Finance Director in a central government organisation
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis.
- In depth knowlege of pricing and costing models
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to colleagues without a financial background.
