Are you a commercially minded finance leader with a passion for hospitality? Were looking for an experienced Finance Director to join a multi:site franchise business based in Milton Keynes .

The brand has operated many sites across the UK for several years and its entering a new phase.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with operational and franchise partners, the Finance Director will play a critical role in shaping the businesss financial strategy and supporting key commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple sites
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, investment decisions, and franchise development
• Oversee cash flow, risk management, and compliance, ensuring robust controls and reporting are in place
• Drive operational efficiency through data:led insight and cost analysis
• Manage and develop the finance team, building scalable processes as the business grows
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and franchise partners
