Our ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Hands-on experience with implementing and managing accounting and financial forecasting software.
• Expertise in cash flow management, budgeting, and multi-year financial forecasting.
• Experience managing end-to-end payroll, pension contributions, and HMRC reporting.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of supporting business growth, analysing profitability, and advising on strategic financial decisions.
• Ability to produce accurate monthly management accounts and board reports.
• Experience working alongside founders and senior leadership teams to shape business strategy and financial planning.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where flexibility and initiative are essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience managing an external audit relationship.
• Ideally, experience in a Financial Services Regulated environment (and/or) Private Equity-invested business.
