Job description

Dirac is building the next Walmart-sized retail company. Backed by top VCs and angels (Backed VC, Will Thorndike, Patrick McKenzie, Invisible Technologies, Charlie Songhurst) and growing rapidly (£300k+ monthly sales), we're looking for the 7th hire in our office and the first finance hire to take us from Series Seed to Series A and then to IPO!

Visa sponsorship is possible, and we offer strong equity compensation.

Responsibilities:

1. Building our first detailed management accounts
2. Cash flow management and forecasting
3. Handling inventory financing
4. Financial modelling (e.g., tariffs, opening a new warehouse, etc.)
5. Post-Series A, participating in hiring processes

Experience:

1. Experience working in finance for a fast-growing startup, ideally with retail experience
2. Knowledge or willingness to learn coding, bash scripting, to interact with and extract data from our backend systems
3. Possession of ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent qualifications
