Conrad Consulting have an exciting new full-time position available with a fast-growing, forward-thinking business based in the Ipswich area. We're looking for a Finance Director who's ready to take the lead on financial strategy and make a real impact across the business. What You'll Be Doing:

• Take the lead on financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

• Work closely with the board to provide insightful financial analysis and help shape key strategic decisions

• Oversee daily finance operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards

• Collaborate with department heads to improve performance, drive accountability, and build commercial awareness across the business

• Lead the charge on system improvements and process optimisation to support growth and scalability

• Spot financial risks early, highlight opportunities, and help steer the business toward sustainable success

What We're Looking For:

• Solid experience in a senior finance role-Finance Manager or Director level

• Sharp commercial mindset with the confidence to operate at board level and influence big decisions

• A hands-on leader who enjoys getting stuck in while also keeping the bigger picture in focus

• Strong technical background with great knowledge of financial systems, reporting, and performance metrics

• Clear communicator and team player with the ability to engage, influence, and lead across the business
