Job summary

The CFO HQ is seeking an experienced Finance Director for our Gloucester-based role, leading the finance function and driving profitability in a manufacturing/distribution environment. You will provide financial insight and challenge to support growth and long-term success.

This hands-on leadership position requires steering financial strategy, ensuring accurate reporting, and partnering with operations to improve margins.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience leading a finance function in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience in a private equity-backed business is advantageous.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
