Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with senior finance leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function, overseeing reporting, management accounts, balance sheets and cash flow.
• Maintain robust financial controls, governance and audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and private equity reporting expectations.
• Contribute to business planning, strategic decisions and board-level discussions.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights to improve profitability.
• Partner with Sales, Operations and Procurement to improve margins.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Develop costing, inventory reporting and provisioning.
• Lead and develop the finance team and drive process improvements.
