Finance Director - Doncaster - Up to £80k per annum - Interim Placement

Your new role

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Director for a key client based in Doncaster. This role involves overseeing several business units with a combined turnover of approximately £55 million. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full financial performance, strategy, risk management, and ensuring sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the financial strategy and performance of multiple business units.
  • Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of management accounts, working closely with two management accountants.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business objectives and performance.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Qualified finance professional (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in line management and leading a finance function.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
