Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience at FD/CFO level in a growth business.
• Experience with turnover £50m+ and scaling operations.
• M&A due diligence, integration or strategic growth experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO, board and investors to shape growth strategy.
• Develop robust financial systems, governance and reporting.
• Provide financial insight, budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive data-driven decision making and performance measurement.
• Lead a high-performing finance function to enable scale.
