Money, it's a big problem for many. Our mission is to give everyone access to a richer life, helping everyone to enjoy a happier, healthier relationship with money. We've already helped over a million people by giving them the tools they need to achieve their goals, feel good, and do a little better — from building their credit scores to growing their savings, to just understanding how it all works. Rapid experimentation to find what works and learn as much as we can is at the heart of our growth story.
What you'll do
We’re looking for a Finance Director who’s not just financially sharp, but growth-minded, customer-focused, and thrives on collaboration. You’ll be a strategic partner across the entire organisation, helping to build the engine that scales Loqbox sustainably and intelligently.
Above all, you’ll use finance to tell a clear, confident story—guiding the team and Board from decisions to outcomes.

- Own quarterly and annual budgeting, reforecasting, and scenario planning—adapting in real time with others as we scale and innovate.
- Work with functional leads to understand performance drivers and improve outcomes.
- Define and monitor key metrics across efficiency, retention, growth, and profitability.
Finance operations, controls, and risk
- Oversee all core finance operations—treasury, payroll, AP/AR, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Build and maintain robust financial controls and risk management practices that support smart, sustainable growth
- Ensure financial systems are efficient, automated, and built to scale.
- Stay ahead of regulatory requirements, including FCA-related compliance, audit readiness, and best practices.
