What You'll Do:

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the UK Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team to provide commercial and deal support.
• Team Empowerment: Recruit, lead, and motivate finance, procurement, and HR teams to achieve KPIs and meet deadlines.
• Financial Planning: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with Group reporting requirements and manage statutory reporting, including UK Statutory Accounts and tax returns.
• M&A Integration: Handle the financial integration of new mergers and acquisitions within the UK.
• Risk Management: Assess and manage financial risks, ensuring robust cash flow forecasting.
