Job summary

Maven Partners International is seeking a Finance Data & Management Information Analyst to join our Jersey finance team. The role focuses on producing accurate financial reporting, analysing data and supporting stakeholders with timely information to understand performance.

You will build MI packs and dashboards, support monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting, and work with finance and wider business units to improve data quality and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant finance, accounting, data or analytical experience.
• Experience in a finance reporting, MI or data-focused role.
• Strong Excel skills, with experience manipulating and analysing large datasets.
• Experience producing management information and financial reports for senior stakeholders.
• Good understanding of financial data and reporting processes.
• Experience with reporting tools, financial systems or BI platforms would be advantageous.
• Accounting qualification or relevant professional qualification would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular financial and management information reports, ensuring data is accurate, timely and relevant.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, variances and key insights.
• Prepare and maintain reporting packs, dashboards and management information for senior stakeholders.
• Support the production of monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
• Work with finance and wider business teams to understand reporting requirements and improve the quality and consistency of data.
• Investigate data discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting through the provision of accurate financial data and analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, systems and data management.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting projects as required.
