Cornwall Council is recruiting a Finance Analyst for the Inclusion and Belonging Service in Truro. The role focuses on high-quality financial analysis, planning, budget development and input into continuous improvement.

It is a 2-year fixed-term, full-time hybrid role with office base at New County Hall, Truro. Requires an undergraduate degree, Advanced Excel skills, and ability to work across multiple locations including home, office and community settings.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (Level 6) or equivalent in a relevant subject area.
• Advanced Excel skills will be assessed.
• Knowledge of local authority financial procedures and controls.
