Job summary

BMW Group UK offers a Finance Controlling placement year at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, starting July 2027. The role supports Sales Controlling in reporting the cost of global vehicle sales and helps steer fixed costs across global sales, communications and marketing.

It also assists Manufacturing Controlling with budgeting, strategy and digital reporting to meet deadlines. You will engage in month-end processes, create analytical reports, liaise with local and global departments, and

Qualifications

• Studying a Finance or Business-related degree course.
• Must have an analytical mindset and a working knowledge of MS Office.
• The ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy.
• Good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting month end accounting processes.
• The creation of analytical reports to assist decision making at all levels.
• The timely processing of financial documents.
• Liaising with local and global departments on financial topics.
• Ad hoc projects and reporting requests.
• Bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.
• Supporting with the digitalisation of the finance function.
