Job summary

Suntory Beverage and Food seeks a Senior Financial Controller to lead the Financial Control function for GB&I, ensuring accurate reporting, balance sheet integrity and cash flow forecasting. You will drive finance transformation and continuous improvement to support strategic growth.

You will manage a diverse team, oversee global reporting, and partner with external auditors while shaping the finance agenda for a listed, multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with audit/corporate finance experience, preferably FMCG.
• Strong leadership with experience managing teams and transformations.
• Deep knowledge of financial management, statutory accounting, treasury and tax.
• Experience with IFRS, J-SOX compliance, tax inspections and internal audits.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Control for GB&I, ensuring accurate statutory and management reporting.
• Oversee balance sheets for multiple entities and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Ensure IFRS and J-SOX compliance, internal controls and tax compliance.
• Lead month-end close and financial statement preparation.
