Michael Page is partnering with an ambitious PE-backed hospitality business to recruit a Financial Controller. You will lead day-to-day finance operations, deliver robust financial reporting, and build a high-performing finance team across multiple sites.

Reporting to the CFO, you will drive profitable decision-making, enhance controls, and support strategic objectives. This hybrid role offers 1-2 days remote with a salary of 80-85k plus benefits and potential FD progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified or QBE Finance professional with team management experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and multi-site hospitality or retail exposure preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver robust financial reporting and insightful analysis.
