Job summary

Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd is exclusively appointing a Finance Controller to join a family-driven group with a TO around £6m, aiming to reach £10m by 2030. You will report to the MD and lead a small finance team across global operations.

The role covers daily finance functions and strategic growth initiatives, including cost control, financial analysis, and potential acquisitions, with a competitive UK salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in preparing year-end accounts and monthly management accounts.
• Strong cost controls and financial analysis ownership.

Responsibilities

• Review current Finance Operating Systems and implement best practices to reach a £10m turnover by 2030.
• Prepare annual accounts with external accountants and oversee monthly management accounts with senior leadership.
• Oversee day-to-day finance functions including Sales/Purchase Ledger, Credit Control and Payroll.
• Assist with Grants via the Chamber of Commerce to support innovation and growth.
