You will partner with the UK CFO and agency finance leads to optimise profitability, support negotiations, and elevate financial performance across the region.

You will lead a high‑performing team, drive pricing strategy, forecasts, and collaboration with London agencies and the global network.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving financial performance.
• Experience in pricing strategies and client negotiations.
• Proven ability to improve processes and control environments within a service-based industry.

Responsabilités

• Lead the UK Commercial Team and act as the primary commercial touchpoint for client leaders.
• Support forecasting, reporting, and monthly reforecasts with GAAP compliance.
• Drive pricing, client negotiations and contract terms to ensure profitable work.
• Develop and mentor the team to deliver commercial excellence and strong stakeholder relationships.
