About the job
The Group Functions Head of Change (GFHoC) aims to optimize the delivery of change projects across all Group Functions, including Group Finance. The role involves migrating project management to a single Portfolio Manager who will oversee all in-flight Group Finance change projects and manage the pipeline of potential projects, via the Group Finance Change Governance Forums, reporting to the Group Financial Controller and Group CFO. The Portfolio Manager will maintain dotted line reporting to senior stakeholders in Group Finance, including the Group Financial Controller, the Head of Group Tax, and the Chief Actuary.
You will manage individual projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery of business outcomes and benefits. This includes assembling and leading project teams with appropriate skills and leveraging resources effectively.
